Role Overview

The Sage Intacct Implementation Lead Consultant serves as a senior implementation resource responsible for leading Sage Intacct deployments, guiding clients through complex business and accounting process decisions, and ensuring successful implementation outcomes. This role acts as the primaryimplementationlead on assigned projects,providingstrategic guidance, solutionexpertise, and project leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.

The Sage Intacct Implementation Lead Consultant is also expected to serve as a mentor and resource to less experienced implementation team members, helping elevate the overall quality and consistency of implementation delivery across the organization.


Compensation | $95,000$145,000 base salary, plus incentive compensation

Client Leadership & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary implementation lead for assigned Sage Intacct projects.
  • Build trusted client relationships and guide stakeholders through implementation decisions.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to understand business, accounting, reporting, and operational requirements.
  • Provide strategic recommendations aligned with Sage Intacct capabilities and industry best practices.
  • Identify and resolve implementation risks, issues, and escalations while maintaining proactive client communication.

Solution Design & Implementation

  • Lead solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

MinimumRequirements

  • Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist Certification, or ability to obtain certification within 13 months of hire.
  • 4+ years of accounting, financial systems, ERP implementation, consulting, or related experience, including successful participation in or leadership ofapproximately 1012 ERP or Sage Intacct implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading client-facing projects and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Ability tooperateeffectively in a remote environment.
