Senior Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant – Armanino

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document system and business requirements
  • Setup system and configure according to customer requirements
  • Develop test scripts for the customer testing phase
  • Train end users on the Intacct system
  • Assist customers with data conversions
  • Make recommendations for new processes and procedures
  • Develop reports and dashboards utilizing the Intacct tools
  • Setup and configure third‑party integration tools
  • Work closely with Sales, Project Management and Support to coordinate the completion of project tasks
  • Provide regular written reports on project status and discuss with customers
  • Manage projects to keep them on time and on budget
  • Provide technical support to clients as needed
  • Contribute to the development of new processes, templates, and best‑practice documentation for service delivery and knowledge base updates
  • Continuously develop skillsets and knowledge of Sage Intacct as the solution evolves
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or accounting, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in Nonprofit, Professional Services, Family Office, Financial Services, and/or Healthcare industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with Sage Intacct implementations, including installation, configuration, and training
  • Strong focus on driving customer outcomes by delivering high‑quality, timely solutions
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with an ability to think “outside‑the‑box” to resolve problems
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to engage internal resources across functional departments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Compensation varies by location: $103,600 – $141,100 for Colorado; $109,000 – $155,100 for Washington, Illinois, NewYork, and Southern California; $119,300 – $162,200 for Northern California. Eligible employees may also participate in a discretionary long‑term financial incentive plan, subject to plan rules.
