Job Description

An Agile Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating multiple Agile teams to deliver strategic business outcomes. This role ensures alignment between business objectives, product roadmaps, and execution teams while driving Agile best practices, program governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee multiple Agile projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate program planning, PI planning, sprint reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Track program progress, dependencies, risks, and impediments.
  • Drive Agile transformation and adoption of Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor program metrics, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Rally.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Agile certifications (SAFe, PMI-ACP, CSM, or CSP) preferred.
