Job description

Role: SAP RTR Consultant

Location: Waukegan, IL

Duration: 6+ months

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced SAP RTR Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise across Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), FSCM, New GL, and Material Ledger. The consultant should have a solid understanding of Controlling (CO) and Treasury processes, with proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and independently manage development with client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support end-to-end RTR processes including Treasury modules ,AR, AP, General Ledger, and Material Ledger.
  • Configure and optimize SAP modules within the RTR scope.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and design functional solutions.
  • Prepare detailed Functional Specifications (FS) for RICEFW developments.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful development and delivery.
  • Provide support during testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and deployment phases.
  • Work closely with Controlling and Treasury teams to ensure process integration and accuracy.
  • Manage client interactions independently, ensuring timely resolution and quality deliverables

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO – RTR domain.
  • Hands-on expertise in AR, AP, FSCM, New GL, Material Ledger & Treasury modules
  • Working knowledge of Controlling (CO) .
  • Strong skills in Functional Specification writing, testing, and solution validation.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
