Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Refrigeration Technician to join our RTR (Refrigeration Trailer Repair) Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repair services for our customers' trailers at their facilities. The candidate will be able to diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical and electrical issues, as well as perform routine maintenance tasks. You will work closely with our customers to ensure their trailers are always in top condition and ready for use. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical expertise and customer service skills. No roadside work will be required.  This is a full-time position with competitive compensation, a bi-weekly bonus, and benefits packages.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in refrigerated unit repair
  • Must have 608 certifications
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills
  • Experience with refrigeration systems
  • Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of issues
  • Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completion of a vocational or technical program in trailer maintenance and repair
  • Certification in trailer maintenance and repair
  • Freon Certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
