Senior Manager, Finance Transformation & Record-to-Report (SAP)

Lead the systems that power our financial backbone. We're looking for a Senior Manager to own our Record-to-Report capabilities end-to-end driving SAP ERP initiatives that shape how finance and accounting run across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership & Delivery

    Own the SAP ERP RTR product portfolio, including Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and related integrations
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of system enhancements, upgrades, and transformation initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement of finance systems and processes through technology and innovation
  • Support project go-lives, hypercare, and stabilization activities to ensure successful delivery

Stakeholder & Business Partnership

  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders across finance, accounting, and operations
  • Collaborate with business leaders to gather, define, and prioritize requirements
  • Translate business needs into scalable, effective technical solutions

Vendor & Delivery Management

  • Manage external vendors (e.g., TCS) to ensure high-quality, timely delivery across initiatives
  • Drive accountability, performance management, and alignment with project goals
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams supporting integrations with payroll, expense, and banking systems

Operations & Support

  • Act as an escalation point for production issues, ensuring timely resolution aligned with business needs
  • Monitor system performance, incidents, and ongoing support activities
  • Ensure stability, reliability, and performance of mission-critical financial systems

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead both large-scale transformation programs and incremental system improvements
  • Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes through system enhancements
  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders
  • Mentor team members and contractors, contributing to team development and future growth

Qualifications:

Experience

  • Proven experience leading complex SAP ERP initiatives, including system enhancements, upgrades, and transformations
  • Demonstrated success managing vendors and external partners in a delivery environment
  • Experience working in finance systems or partnering closely with finance and accounting teams

Technical & Functional Expertise

  • Deep hands-on experience with SAP ERP (required), particularly finance modules

Responsibilities

  • IT Product Strategy: Define and communicate a comprehensive IT product strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business strategy. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key initiatives and enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Field of Study: Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent job-related experience. PMI Certification is desired but not required.
Experience Requirements: 8+ years of experience in project management of varied complexities and scope.
