YOUR DAY TO DAY AS A ROUTER OPERATOR - DAY SHIFT

As a Full-Time Router Operator at Woodhaven Furniture, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by loading, operating, monitoring, and maintaining CNC router equipment used to produce precision furniture components. You will set up and operate the router according to production specifications while ensuring each component meets our high standards for quality and craftsmanship. Throughout your shift, you will examine raw wood materials for defects, inspect finished workpieces for smoothness, shape, depth of cut, and dimensional accuracy, and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and production efficiency.

You will also perform routine quality inspections, complete required production documentation, maintain the router by clearing debris and performing basic machine upkeep, and keep your work area clean and organized. Working closely with your supervisor and fellow team members, you will help meet daily production goals while following all company safety policies and contributing to our Safety First culture.
