Fuji Sushi Incorporated in Orlando, FL is looking for one host/hostess to join our team. We are located on 504 N Alafaya Trl Ste 117. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged. We strongly prefer some restaurant or hospitality experience.

Pay break-down

  • Guaranteed 11$ hourly base wage
  • Guaranteed tip out from each server
  • 100% of tips earned from take out and online orders

Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone and booking reservations
  • Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
  • Maintaining rotations and communicating with waitstaff
  • Taking take out orders over the phone and in person
  • Assembling take out orders and managing third party orders such as Uber or Doordash

Qualifications

  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • Strong organizational and motivational skills
  • Multitasking
