Drive Business Growth
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
  • Lead RFQs, quotations, and negotiations to win profitable business
  • Define and execute pricing strategies, margin targets, and commercial conditions
  • Contribute to short- and long-term strategic planning and market development
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on customer quotations and proposals
  • Own contract reviews, negotiations, and risk assessments
  • Track and report on sales performance, profitability, and KPIs
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis
  • Monitor industry, financial, and technology trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop account strategies and sales forecasts to support business planning

Own the Customer Relationship
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and met
  • Ensure timely and professional response to all customer requests
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships
  • Facilitate effective communication across global and cross-functional teams
  • Maintain and leverage CRM data for strategic account management
  • Support processing of customer claims, VA/VE activities, audits
  • Monitor customer sales and profitability
  • Perform sales planning in accordance with Miba guidelines
  • Act as a customers advocate within Miba
  • Organization of customer meetings

What makes you special
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 4-7 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B sales, or business development
  • Experience in the automotive industry, ideally with exposure to metal forming, sintered, or powder metal components
  • Proven track record in:
    • Customer acquisition and growth
    • Program management and product launches
    • Commercial negotiations and profitability management
  • Experience working with CRM systems, SAP, and MS Office
  • Strong customer-first mindset with ownership and accountability
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams
  • Willingness to travel (~50%)
