Job description

Our Sales Route Manager will be responsible for delivering goods to customers along the I-35 corridor while independently managing inventory, organization, and communication within our warehouse. This role requires overseeing regional routes using an owner-operator vehicle and maintaining accurate records of invoices, receipts, and customer payments. A $2400 monthly stipend is provided to support vehicle use such as a pickup truck and trailer to deliver product.

Pay rate is hourly but with the opportunity to switch to a commission based pay if preferred (which has a much higher earning potential). Other benefits also may be available after a probationary period.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver products along the I-35 corridor on regional routes
  • Manage inventory and warehouse organization independently
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual spreadsheets and WMS
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
