Job description

I’m working with a specialized mining equipment manufacturer that’s doing some really interesting work in mobile hydraulics—and they’re hiring a Hydraulic Design Engineer who can take ownership of full circuit design and system performance.

This isn’t a narrow role—you’ll be involved in everything from hydraulic system design and component selection to troubleshooting in the field and supporting real-world applications. We’re talking pumps, load-sense systems, valves, motors—the full system.

They want someone who can think, contribute ideas, and influence solutions, not just execute drawings.

On top of that, the company offers 100% employer-paid healthcare, profit sharing up to 5% weekly, and even tuition support for dependents, which is pretty rare.

If you’ve got strong experience in mobile hydraulics and want a role where you actually see your work in action, this is worth a conversation.”
