Job description

Superior Health Linens is currently looking to hire a Class A CDL Route Driver.

Madison location that provides home daily routes, quality equipment, and a full benefits package! We offer regular start-times, insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, a company-matched 401(k), and so much more!

To deliver clean linen to our customer facilities and pick up their soiled linen in a timely and professional manner:
  • Deliver the product to our customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and have the ability to communicate with the customer.
  • Ability to properly maintain required daily and weekly paperwork.
  • Perform a daily visual inspection of the equipment.
  • Have good job attendance.
  • Learn all aspects of an assigned route.

Requirements:
  • The route driver position is a full-time position that requires the individual to learn all aspects of an assigned route.
  • Class A CDL.
  • Have a great attitude.
  • Must pass a background check and drug test.
  • Skilled at driving and parking large, heavy vehicles.
  • Alert, focused, and detail-oriented.
  • Physically and mentally fit.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
  • Possess great physical stamina and focus during long driving shifts.
  • Able to operate an electric lift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.
  • Proficient in using GPS and other routing systems.
  • Map reading and route planning experience.
  • An innate sense of direction.
  • Self-starter who works well independently.
  • Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful.
  • High level of composure and good stress management.
  • Be available to drive nights and weekends.
