You'll rotate through multiple roles, learn from experienced mentors and build the skills needed for long-term success. With our growth and stability, your career possibilities are endless!

Program Highlights
  • Gain hands-on experience in distribution, warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing and logistics.
  • Rotate through different roles over 18-24 months while learning from experienced mentors.
  • Upon completion, step into a full-time role in supply chain operations role based on your interests and company needs.

Position Responsibilities
  • Develop foundational knowledge of Uline's supply chain operations, systems and processes.
  • Contribute to supply chain projects that improve efficiency and support growth.
  • Travel to Uline's North American locations to gain hands-on experience across the business.
  • Analyze business data and reporting to enhance operations.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering or a related field.
  • Available to travel and spend several weeks at Uline's North American locations as needed.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
