Job Scope
The Huntsman Finance Rotational Analyst is a dynamic 2-3-year opportunity within our Finance Development Program designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in finance and accelerate their growth. The program is intended to develop broad finance capability and prepare high-potential talent for future leadership opportunities within Huntsman's finance organization. Based at our headquarters in The Woodlands, this full-time, permanent role offers meaningful hands-on experience, exposure across key finance disciplines, and valuable visibility to finance leaders across the company.

Participate in rotations every 6 months across different departments and/or divisions within the finance organization
Gain exposure to areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Internal Audit, Accounting, Consolidation, and Divisional Performance Management
Receive mentoring and visibility with senior leaders across Huntsman's finance organization
Present recommendations and key learnings to senior leaders at the conclusion of each rotation
Receive regular feedback and coaching from rotation managers to support development and career growth
Upon successful completion of the program, transition into a full-time role within Huntsman's finance organization

Minimum Qualifications
MBA or Master's degree with a minimum of 12 credit hours in Accounting, or
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with 2+ years of related experience
