Job Scope

The Huntsman Finance Rotational Analyst is a dynamic 2-3-year opportunity within our Finance Development Program designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in finance and accelerate their growth. The program is intended to develop broad finance capability and prepare high-potential talent for future leadership opportunities within Huntsman's finance organization. Based at our headquarters in The Woodlands, this full-time, permanent role offers meaningful hands-on experience, exposure across key finance disciplines, and valuable visibility to finance leaders across the company.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's degree with a minimum of 12 credit hours in Accounting, or

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with 2+ years of related experience

Skills and Knowledge

  • Willingness to resolve issues and problems in a timely manner

  • Resourceful self-starter with the commitment and drive to meet or exceed high standards and objectives

  • Strong and open communication skills with team members and diverse audiences
