Grace Roofing & Sheet Metal Enterprise is seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks, ensuring the smooth progress of projects and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. No prior experience is necessary, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. If you are eager to work with your hands, assist skilled tradespeople, and learn the roofing industry, we invite you to apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform general labor tasks including site cleanup, loading/unloading materials, and assisting skilled tradespeople.
  • Operate hand and power tools as needed to complete tasks.
  • Help with the movement and placement of materials, equipment, and tools around the job site.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, using the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors to support overall project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Must have at least one year experience as a Roofing Laborer
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
