Job Summary:
Allied Construction Services is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Roofing Laborer to support roofing crews on residential and commercial projects. This role involves assisting with various roofing tasks, maintaining job site safety, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist roofers with installation of roofing materials including shingles, tile, and underlayment

Perform tear-offs and prepare roof surfaces for installation

Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Use basic hand and power tools as directed

Support crew members with general labor tasks as needed

Inspect and clean gutters and roof surfaces when required

Qualifications:

Previous construction or roofing experience preferred but not required

Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions

Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing manual labor

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
