Join our team and start building a long-term career in commercial roofing. As an Assistant Roofer I, you'll support experienced crews while learning installation techniques, safety practices, tools, and jobsite operations.
This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, and eager to learn.
What You'll Do
  • Assist with jobsite setup, preparation, and teardown
  • Perform basic roofing installation tasks including insulation placement, coverboard installation, membrane handling, fastening, trims, coping cap, reglet, and counter flashing
  • Carry, stage, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on the jobsite and roof
  • Support experienced roofers with installation, preparation, cleanup, and material handling tasks
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Maintain housekeeping and a safe work environment
  • Follow company safety procedures and participate in required training
  • Perform other duties as assigned
