Role Description

The Associate Program Manager supports theplanning, coordination, and execution of VIP aircraft completion andmodification programs. Working under the guidance of senior Program Managersand Program Management leadership, this position assists in managing programschedules, coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking projectdeliverables, and supporting customer communications throughout the aircraftcompletion lifecycle.

Essential Job Functions

        Support Program Managers in the planning,coordination, and execution of VIP aircraft completion and modificationprograms.

        Assist with maintaining integrated programschedules, milestone tracking, and project status reporting.

        Coordinate action items between Engineering,Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Design, and Customer Support teams.

        Monitor program schedules and identifypotential delays, risks, or resource constraints.

        Assist in preparing customer reports,executive summaries, meeting minutes, and program status presentations.

        Participate in customer meetings andinternal program reviews, documenting decisions and action items.

        Support the management of program budgets bytracking project expenditures, purchase requests, and program-related costs.

        Assist in coordinating engineering releases,material availability, and production readiness activities.

        Maintain program documentation, schedules,issue logs, risk registers, and customer correspondence records.

        Support aircraft milestone planning andensure required stakeholders are aligned to achieve program objectives.

        Track customer requests, design changes, andengineering actions to ensure timely resolution.

        Assist in coordinating subcontractor andsupplier activities as required.

        Support aircraft delivery preparationactivities and customer acceptance events.

        Learn and apply aviation regulatoryrequirements, certification processes, and aircraft completion best practices.

        Contribute to continuous improvementinitiatives within the Program Management organization.

        Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications, Education andExperience

        Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management,Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related fieldpreferred.

        Minimum of 2-5 years of experience inaerospace, aviation, manufacturing, engineering, project coordination,production planning, or program support roles.

        Experience working within a project-basedenvironment preferred.

        Familiarity with aircraft completions,aviation maintenance, aerospace manufacturing, or engineering environmentspreferred.

        Ability to read and interpret technicaldocumentation, engineering drawings, and project schedules preferred.

        Valid passport or ability to obtain one fordomestic and international travel as required.
