Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders and the Project Manager in gathering, consolidating, and documenting requirements for a Workforce management system (RFP). The BA will engage with multiple lines of business, identify commonalities across units, and translate requirements into a structured RFP for vendors. The role also involves supporting vendor demos and evaluations, leading to a final selection and planning for implementation in 2026-2027.

Conduct detailed conversations with customer line of business teams to gather and document requirements.
Identify overlaps, dependencies, and common requirements across multiple business units.
Consolidate requirements into a structured RFP document for Workforce management system vendors
Collaborate with the Project Manager to align requirements with business priorities and timelines.
Support the vendor evaluation process by preparing comparison matrices and fit-gap analyses.
Ensure all requirements are validated and traceable to business outcomes.
Provide input to the final implementation roadmap for the selected Workforce management system

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/ERP projects (Workforce management system experience preferred).
Strong background in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
