Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to provide strategic oversight and coordination across the Operations department, ensuring alignment and efficiency in project execution, resource planning, and contractual obligations. This includes supporting Project Managers and other operational teams in delivering high-quality services, while also driving collaboration on RFP responses, contract reviews, and organizational input to meet business objectives. The role serves as a central point for integrating operational expertise into proposals and agreements, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational readiness.
Essential Duties:
  • Supports a team of Project Managers responsible for managing and implementing all Corporate Core Products, and other related planned project activities
  • Improves Team productivity by highlighting deficiencies and recommending alternate best practices, strategies with tools, training, process, reporting, automation, and associate engagement to Management Team
  • Actively participates in RFP Win Plan meetings to present capabilities and potential risks of operations division requirements outlined in RFPs.
  • Ensures all RFP project plans are created and submitted timely to the RFP analyst
  • Ensures all RFP, Contractual Terms and Conditions, and related schedules are communicated to and agreed upon by the Implementation PMO.
  • Provides RFP, Contract Teams, and Financial Engineering with compiled input on Field Service Headcount requirements, SLA requirements, and subcontractor procurement requirements.
  • Manages Operational Input history documentation for RFPs and Contracts.
  • Provides insight and feedback on implementing Key Performance Measures input, throughput, cycle time, and quality
  • Interacts with cross-functional teams and their Management to help manage and strategize performance backlog and resource planning
  • Responsible for other tasks and duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates
  • Capability of effective planning and priority setting
  • Polished cross-functional collaborative skills
  • Polished communication skills (Verbal, Written, and Presentation)
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Project Office applications, including MS Project
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of establishing predictive leading indicators ensuring performance
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and quality principles
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities using a dynamic work force and resource pool
  • Ability to learn new technical concepts and systems
  • Ability to quickly adapt personally, as well as lead a workforce to adapt to constantly changing environments and priorities

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ Years experience with coordinating multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP Certified
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ Years experience with project management coordination
  • 7+ years in experience in Telecommunications and Support
  • 5+ years in experience a leadership role

Physical Requirements:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment.
  • Standing, sitting, walking, speaking, listening, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and manipulating tools, typing, using peripheral computer tools. May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Occasionally, this position may need to reach, stoop, or kneel.
