About the Opportunity

We are building a Revenue Operations function from the ground up inside our EHS & ESG business unit which sells into Fortune 500 companies managing environmental and social regulatory reporting, process safety and operational risk, and environmental health exposure. This role is the analytical backbone of that function: the person who turns scattered, inconsistent reporting into a single source of truth for how the go-to-market engine is performing.

Today, sales performance reporting is managed independently across Sales leaders using their own spreadsheets and definitions, territories and quotas are set without a consistent data-driven methodology, and CRM data quality gaps missing account hierarchy, duplicate records, incomplete fields undermine trust in the numbers. This role owns fixing that: building the reporting infrastructure, cadence, and data stewardship practices the business needs to manage revenue with confidence. What You Will Own
Sales Performance Reporting & Cadence
  • Build and maintain a single source of truth for sales performance reporting, replacing today's fragmented, individually managed reporting with a consistent, trusted view.
  • Design and run the recurring revenue performance cadence pipeline, forecast, and bookings reviews in partnership with Sales leadership.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting aligned to the Lead-to-Revenue (L2R) KPI framework, supporting consistent, metric-driven decision-making across the go-to-market team.
Territory & Quota Analytics
  • Support territory design and account segmentation with a data-driven methodology, replacing ad hoc, inconsistently applied approaches.
  • Support quota-setting analysis grounded in market potential, account coverage, and historical performance data.
Data Stewardship & CRM Quality
  • Own day-to-day data quality standards for the CRM account hierarchy integrity, duplicate resolution, and field completeness in partnership with Central IT and Divisional Operations.
  • Support account hierarchy implementation and enrichment tool adoption to close gaps in ICP and account-level data.
  • Maintain data stewardship practices aligned to the L2R framework so downstream reporting and forecasting can be trusted.
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner closely with the RevOps Managers owning Top-of-Funnel and Pipeline-to-Bookings, the Sales Enablement Manager, and Divisional Sales Operations to keep reporting, data, and process aligned across the funnel.
  • Act as a trusted analytical partner to Sales leadership, surfacing insights that inform territory, quota, and pipeline decisions.
What You Bring
Required
  • 2 + years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar analytical role supporting a B2B sales organization.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, including report and dashboard building.
  • Strong Excel/analytics skills, with experience in a BI tool (e.g., Power BI) for reporting and data visualization.
  • A demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and to build trusted, repeatable reporting processes from scratch.
  • Clear, confident communication comfortable presenting data and insights directly to Sales leadership.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting a complex, multi-stakeholder B2B enterprise sales motion.
  • Exposure to EHS, ESG, or another regulated, technically complex industry.
  • Familiarity with Clari, LeanData, or Salesforce CPQ.
  • Experience supporting territory design or quota-setting methodology.

Compensation:

$63,200.00 - $108,200.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
