The Manager, Learning & Development ensures consistent application of leadership expectations across leader populations, reinforces core leader capabilities, and continuously improves programs based on data, feedback, and evolving business priorities.
This position offers flexibility to be based in Solon, OH (strongly preferred) or work remotely from within the United States with up to 50% travel .
Key Responsibilities
