About the role
The returns associate is responsible for daily checking in, upkeep of claims and dealer returns. Corresponding with receiving supervisor for restocking and processing credits to Ford and GM accordingly.
What you'll do
  • Daily upkeep of claims and dealer returns
  • Corresponding with warehouse for restocking and handling credits back to Ford and GM dealerships
  • Tracking damaged claims from inbound Ford and GM shipments
  • Processing reimbursements from Ford and GM vendors
  • Ford and GM claims processing
  • Set up RMA's
  • Follow SOPs and safety guidelines
  • Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Prior warehouse experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
  • Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer experience is helpful

Physical Demands:
Standing, Walking, Reaching/Bending, Endurance, Balancing/Mobility, Manual Dexterity, Exposure to varying conditions, Repetitive Motion, Lifting to 50 lbs. consistently, safety equipment, loud noises: 8-hour work shift
