Job description

Due to growth Greco Structures is adding a Business Development Manger to our DFW team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth across key markets. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional who understands the construction/structural services industry and can translate market insights into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Greco Structures' client base and market reach.
Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and other industry partners.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive activity, and potential growth areas.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and bids.
Collaborate with internal teams-including estimating, engineering, and project management-to ensure alignment on client needs and project requirements.
Represent Greco Structures at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations within construction, structural services, or related industries.
