A Retail Banking Managerย demonstratesย positive leadership behaviors and coaching, whileย facilitatingย growth and development of branch coworkers. This includes directing branch activities to meet goals including retention, expansion and acquisition of client relationships andย service quality. The Retail Banking Manager leads people to perform by assigning work, providing training and guidance, andย advisingย as necessary. Must be an energetic team player who is willing to learn from others and work together in making clients and the bank successful. Knowledge/Skills/Experience:ย
Generallyย requires 3-6ย yearsย banking and leadership experience; or related work experience; or education consisting of anย Associateโs or Bachelorโsย Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.ย
