This role is ideal for a compassionate, business-minded leader who loves coaching others and wants the opportunity to help build a growing leadership team. You will work alongside the Owner/Operator and restaurant leadership to strengthen systems, develop future leaders, and create an exceptional experience for both team members and guests.

Your Impact

  • Lead daily restaurant operations while ensuring excellence in food safety, quality, speed, accuracy, and hospitality
  • Build, implement, and improve systems that create consistency and operational excellence throughout the restaurant
  • Coach and develop Team Members and emerging leaders, creating a strong pipeline of future leadership talent
  • Help establish effective training systems that equip Team Members to succeed and support long-term restaurant growth
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen Front of House, Back of House, Training, and overall restaurant performance
  • Lead alongside the team in daily operations while modeling accountability, excellence, care, and a people-first leadership approach
  • Develop leaders through consistent coaching, feedback, clear expectations, and follow-through
  • Partner with the Owner/Operator and General Manager to identify business needs, solve problems, and execute restaurant priorities
  • Take ownership of an area of the business based on your experience, strengths, and the evolving needs of the restaurant
  • Help build a high-performing culture where Team Members feel cared for, challenged, developed, and equipped to succeed

Background Profile

  • 2+ years of Leadership experience in quick-service, hospitality, kitchen or restaurant operations
  • Availability to open and/or close the restaurant as needed, work up to 45 hours per week, and work 100% of your time in restaurant operations
  • Desires career growth and will thrive with our Leadership Development and Mentoring
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
