Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, quality, cleanliness, and speed.
- Maintain full ownership of P&L performance, including sales growth, labor management, food cost control, and profitability.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant managers and team members.
- Drive operational improvements through performance metrics and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, inventory, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR or fast-food environment.
