About the Role:
Kyuramen Dallas is looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to join our team at our Frisco, TX location! This is an exciting opportunity to lead in a vibrant Japanese restaurant environment where great food, exceptional service, and team culture come together. If you thrive in a fast-paced dining setting and love Japanese cuisine, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Lead, coach, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences consistent with Japanese dining standards
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and service to ensure brand consistency
  • Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end-of-day reporting
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and employee training and onboarding
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations
  • Support inventory management, ordering, and vendor coordination
Requirements:
  • 1โ€“3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience required
  • Experience in Japanese cuisine, ramen concepts, or Asian dining preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Food Handler's Certification or ServSafe certification preferred
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience
