About Us:

Kyuramen is a premier Japanese dining destination known for its authentic flavors, excellent customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team and help maintain our high standards of service and operations.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise, train, and support restaurant staff to uphold high-quality service standards.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee stock levels to prevent shortages.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are met at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Monitor financial transactions, including cash handling, sales reports, and cost control.
  • Work with the kitchen and service teams to maintain efficiency and consistency in food quality.
  • Assist in scheduling and staffing to ensure proper coverage during peak hours.
  • Help implement marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.
Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in the restaurant industry (Japanese restaurant experience is a plus).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
