We're looking for skilled and motivated Sushi Cooks to join our culinary team and support our Sushi Chef in daily operations. You'll help prepare and plate sushi with precision, consistency, and care, contributing to a menu that reflects both Japanese tradition and modern sensibility.
Who We're Looking For
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a sushi or Japanese restaurant
  • Solid knife skills and understanding of sushi preparation and handling of raw fish
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
  • Calm, efficient, and respectful in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn from experienced chefs and grow within the team
