Based in Milwaukee, WI, we operate the largest fresh 48 state LTL consolidation pool with more than 100+ trucks, and offer multiple sites with cooler, and air-conditioned storage, distribution, and cross-docking services. The Bilingual HR Generalist will provide human resources (HR) support at our Pleasant Prairie, WI, and Yorkville, IL locations. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, policy and procedure administration, benefits, workers’ compensation, training, performance management, and leave of absence coordination. This role will also collaborate closely with HR team members to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives that advance departmental and organizational goals.

General Accountabilities include:

  • Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

  • Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist and/or relevant human resources position.

Prerequisites:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least one year of human resource management experience preferred.
  • SHRM-CP a plus
  • Valid driver’s license
