Responsibilities:
Recruitment of staff as needed
Processing of new hires
Payroll oversight
Facilitating and mediating all labor related issues
Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.
Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
HR Human Resources Director experience required
Leadership qualities required.
LTC/SNF experience required.
