Job description

Order Resolution Specialist

The Order Resolution Specialist is responsible for resolving order discrepancies and ensuring accurate, timely completion of customer orders across warehouse and fulfillment operations. This role serves as a key liaison between warehouse, inventory, customer service, and sales teams to identify issues, investigate discrepancies, and drive resolution to completion.

This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies related to picking, inventory, surplus orders, repairs, and RMAs
  • Review order details and identify issues related to quantities, condition, or fulfillment accuracy
  • Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and order fulfillment teams to correct discrepancies
  • Communicate updates and resolutions internally to ensure smooth order processing
  • Work closely with Order Fulfillment, Receiving, and Inventory teams to maintain workflow accuracy
  • Assist in resolving issues related to missing or mislabeled inventory
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of issues and resolutions within internal systems
  • Prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of critical order issues
  • Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned
Qualifications

Occasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Frequent walking. Frequent standing and repetitive hand motion. Lifting requirements based on operational needs.

Compensation

The recruiting base pay scale for this full-time position is $20.00โ€“$22.50 per hour. Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
