JOB DESCRIPTION:Medical center in Pennsylvania is seeking a Psychiatry Residency Program Director. Highly competitive compensation along with top-tier benefits and a sign-on bonus. The candidate will have at least five years of clinical experience and board certification.

Prior experience running a residency training program in psychiatry is desired. Candidate will be involved with the development, implementation, and oversight of our new psychiatric residency training program. The position will comprise administrative and clinical duties including combination of both outpatient and inpatient services.

Weekend call is estimated to be 1:8. HOSPITAL:This independent acute care community hospital is the sole community provider in the area and nearly every specialty of medicine and surgery is represented by the active medical staff. Services include advanced imaging with PET/CT, MRI, 64-slice CT, nuclear medicine, and cardiac catheterization lab doing PCI without open heart backup.

Other specialty services include a Wound Care Center, Women's Diagnostic Imaging Center, inpatient geriatric psychiatry unit, inpatient acute rehabilitation unit, outpatient Human Motion Institute, comprehensive sleep disorders lab, advanced neurodiagnostics lab, community dialysis center, weight management and bariatric surgery program, and an intensivist program.
