Job description

We are currently seeking an Office Services professional who thrives in a fast-paced mail and print production environment. This role is part of a dynamic team supporting a legal office, with a strong focus on reprographics, mail services, conference support, and overall office operations.
Pay rate: $23 -24p/h
Shift: 7am to 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Mail Services
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages accurately
• Deliver packages to designated floors and departments
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments (FedEx, UPS, USPS, messenger services)
• Track packages using internal systems (e.g., PS Track)
• Digitize incoming mail as needed
• Serve as a point of contact for mail-related inquiries via email, phone, or in person
Print & Reprographics
• Manage print production requests from intake through completion
• Perform copying, scanning, lamination, and binding (GBC, coil, velo, spiral, 3-ring)
• Produce high-quality documents, including litigation support materials
• Run complex print jobs, including mail merges with multiple data fields
• Provide proofs for client approval and ensure accuracy throughout production
• Troubleshoot basic printer/copier issues and perform routine maintenance
• Operate Canon color copiers and online print submission tools
Client & Office Support
• Provide professional, high-level customer service and consultation
• Communicate effectively with staff at all levels, including senior leadership
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Support conference services, supply inventory, and general office needs
• Maintain organized workflows using job tickets and production tracking
Experience & Qualifications
• Experience in a mailroom, print production, or reprographics environment (legal setting preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe software
• Strong understanding of print workflows and production processes
• Familiarity with package tracking systems
