The Work You Will Do:
Reprographics Technician / Support Services / Office of Administration
This position provides customer service to internal and external customers. Ensure Print Shop SharePoint work order site is monitored throughout the day for print requests. Assist customers with questions, design, and set up for print requests. Maintain all printing equipment such as wide format printers, high speed copier/printer/scanners, binding equipment, commercial paper cutter, and laminating machines. Ensure supplies are on hand and organized for all equipment.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
Monitor Support Services/Reprographics work order site for electronically submitted print requests. Provide customer service to Central Office, District Offices, and the public. Key personnel for intake counter, answer phones, and walk-up print requests. Operate 4 high speed Bizhub 1100 copies.
Operate Bizhub C6000 highspeed color copier, Bizhub C754, business and card cutter, and binding equipment.
Operate commercial paper cutter and black/white wide format Kipp 7170 machine. Operate HP Design Jet 1055 CM and HP Design Jet 5500 PS.
Handle supplies for Reprographics and supply room. Operate two laminating machines.
The Successful Candidate will have the following required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of:

  • Ability to multi task.
  • Ability to finish tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to operate multiple copiers and binding equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift 50 lbs and two years of experience using commercial printers/copiers. One year of college education from an accredited institution can substitute for one year of the required work experience.
