Position Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in DeLand, Florida. This is a fully on-site position; remote work is not available.

In this role, you will prepare, analyze, and validate data used in direct mail marketing campaigns. You'll ensure data accuracy, maintain large client databases, and support the successful execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to consistently meet deadlines in a production-focused environment.

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of direct mail experience preferred (not mandatory)

  • 2+ years of BCC software experience required

  • Coding or scripting knowledge required

  • Strong Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and formulas, are required

  • High attention to detail and deadline awareness

  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
