Customer Service Representative | York, PA | Full Time

Print-O-Stat is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position supports both internal and external customers while assisting with a variety of customer service, administrative, and operational responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and can effectively manage multiple priorities throughout the day. As a member of the Print-O-Stat team, you'll work in a positive, friendly, and flexible environment while helping provide the quality service our customers expect.

What You'll Do:
  • Answer incoming calls and provide responsive, courteous customer service
  • Assist walk-in customers with questions, orders, and other requests
  • Process and enter customer orders and invoices using Infor
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, billing, filing, and related administrative tasks
  • Learn and assist with reprographics department operations
  • Support digital printing, scanning, and electronic document distribution
  • Work with internal departments to help meet customer needs and maintain efficient workflows
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers and team members
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications
