The Internal Rehab Services Manager will repair stormwater wetlands, biofiltration systems, proprietary underground storage units, and drainage conveyance infrastructures utilizing Best Management Practices (BMP) for Stormwater Control Measures (SCM).

This work can be physically demanding but above all else, it's extremely rewarding. Your success will directly impact the environment & quality of water in your community. Specific duties: Ensure all subcontractor work is being completed correctly and to the highest industry standard.

Ensure all safety equipment and procedures are followed according to OSHA's standards. Update CRM system with relevant project information and maintain project statuses. Prepare written reports with photo documentation and summary depicting the completed services.

Facility and coordinate repairs and subcontractor services as needed Follows through on problems that may compromise effective job performance by using appropriate chain of command. Company paid overnight travel (e.g. food per diem, lodging) (3-5 days) during the week
