Role Description
The Repair Manager is a full-time, onsite role based in Signal Hill, California, responsible for leading and overseeing all repair operations. This role manages day-to-day repair workflows and ensures adherence to safety standards, operational procedures, and quality expectations. This position supervises the team of repair technicians, provides hands-on technical guidance when needed, and drives continuous improvement in repair processes and turnaround times.
