The impact you'll have

This role is about more than contract renewals. You'll serve as a strategic partner to clients, helping protect critical commercial relationships, drive value realisation, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen long‑term retention outcomes across some of the most sophisticated organisations in global capital markets.

  • Own assigned quarterly and annual renewal targets across a portfolio of Front Office and Portfolio Solutions Group customers.
  • Lead the end-to-end renewal lifecycle, from early engagement and strategy development through commercial negotiations and execution.
  • Protect and grow recurring revenue through proactive account planning and renewal management.
  • Identify renewal risks early and implement mitigation and recovery strategies.
  • Build trusted executive‑level relationships across client organisations.
