• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including evidence-based psychotherapy, to patients experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, offering insights that direct therapeutic approaches.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are culturally competent and based on best practices within the mental health field.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, facilitating comprehensive treatment that addresses both psychiatric and physical health needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately through electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.
• Educate and support patients and their families by providing valuable resources on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community services.
• Maintain adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality regulations, ensuring informed consent is obtained from all patients.

This role focuses on individuals in a detox environment often facing acute mental health conditions coupled with substance use issues. You will work with vulnerable populations requiring immediate support, presenting a unique chance to make a significant impact in their recovery journey.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing assessment and intervention in clinical settings, preferably in mental health or substance use treatment.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• Strong clinical acumen, demonstrated through the ability to devise tailored, evidence-based treatment interventions.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs) and relevant healthcare software to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.
• A sound understanding of the complexities surrounding mental health conditions, as well as the social and cultural factors that can impact patient care.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all ethical and professional standards of practice.

• Familiarity with issues related to addiction and recovery, specifically in a detox context.
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment and an understanding of collaborative care models.
• Background in community outreach or family therapy may enhance your interactions with patients and their support systems.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
