Pharmerica is seeking a strategic, technology-focused and operationally driven Senior Product Manager to develop the evolution and optimization of Pharmacy workforce management technology products. This role partners with Operations, IT, HR, Analytics and Pharmacy senior leadership teams to design intelligent, scalable workforce technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, automation, visibility and user experience across multiple business lines.

The Senior Product Manager, Pharmacy Workforce Management, is responsible for innovating and optimizing multiple workforce technology products and the integrations that support Pharmacy operations across several business lines. This role enables proactive operational decision-making through advanced workforce technologies, AI-assisted workflows, system automation, real-time operational visibility, and scalable support models - creating a smarter, more connected workforce ecosystem.

This position leads the development and deployment of Pharmacy workforce technology product management initiatives focused on Verint Workforce Management and Operations Manager capabilities, API and systems integration development, sandbox governance, workforce technology administration, intake and ticketing solutions, and continuous process optimization. The role serves as the business product manager for several workforce technologies, balancing operational priorities with innovation, scalability, governance and long-term platform strategy.

Using advanced product management principles, workforce technology expertise and cross-functional collaboration, the Senior Product Manager drives modernization efforts across workforce operations through intelligent integrations, automation opportunities, AI-enabled support solutions and enterprise platform governance.

  • Leads configuration, governance, and optimization of Verint Optimization and additional products and functionality capabilities for operational workflows
  • Manages and supports enterprise integrations and API development efforts connecting Verint with additional product platforms such as ADP, RingCentral, LTC400, Framework, and other operational systems
  • Oversees product capabilities such as Verint Operations Manager to improve operational visibility, workflow management, automation, and real-time decision-making
  • Administers sandbox environments, testing protocols, release validation, and change management processes for workforce technology enhancements
  • Develops and maintains enterprise intake, ticketing, and support processes using SharePoint and other workflow management tools to improve scalability and user experience
  • Identifies and implements AI-enabled solutions, automation opportunities, and process improvements that reduce manual effort and enhance operational efficiency
  • Partners cross-functionally with senior leaders across Operations, IT, Analytics, HR, and vendor teams to deliver scalable workforce technology solutions
  • Monitors platform performance, system utilization, data integrity, and operational KPIs while driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Creates and maintains documentation, governance standards, training materials, and support resources to ensure successful adoption and long-term platform sustainability

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Workforce Management, or related field
  • 10+ years Product Management or Workforce Technology, Workforce Management Systems, or related experience
  • Deep understanding of WFM platforms and telephony systems; Verint experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of workforce management operations including forecasting, scheduling, real-time management, and reporting
  • Experience managing enterprise technology integrations and API-enabled solutions
  • Experience partnering with IT, operations, and business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience with enterprise ticketing, intake, governance, and change management processes
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in related field
  • Prior pharmacy or healthcare operations experience
  • Exposure to predictive analytics, automation, or AI-assisted workforce tools
  • Experience supporting Enterprise workforce technology implementations or platform administration
