Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our Workersโ€™ Compensation team in our New Jersey office located in Jersey City.

In this role, you will represent insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers before the Workersโ€™ Compensation Courts. You will manage your own caseload while developing and executing effective litigation strategies. This role is primarily remote, with the option to work from the office as needed and attend court appearances when required.
