• Conduct thorough initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans crafted specifically for each client’s unique needs.
• Administer therapeutic interventions using diverse modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients, integrating input which enhances treatment efficacy.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation meets compliance requirements.
• Engage in regular professional development activities to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Your work will involve guiding a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, all of whom may face varying degrees of mental health difficulties. From stress management to navigating complex interpersonal relationships, your interventions will be pivotal in improving their quality of life. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level.
