• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, integrating multiple perspectives for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical records compliant with legal regulations and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of client information.

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele facing various challenges, including those with short-term stressors and long-term psychological issues. Clients may seek counseling for issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, marital problems, and other emotional disturbances. By offering tailored services, you will significantly contribute to improving their functional capacity and quality of life.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is necessary, ideally within a clinical context.
• A strong understanding of ethical standards and legal requirements surrounding counseling practices.
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective relationships across varied client backgrounds.
