Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing various methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay abreast of the latest research and therapeutic techniques in mental health.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation and client management, ensuring efficient service delivery and continued client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCPC at Mind Wellness Counseling, you will work with a diverse patient population, including those experiencing mild to severe emotional distress, relationship conflict, substance abuse issues, trauma, and stress management challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical standards and legal requirements related to counseling practices.
