Key Responsibilities

  • Administer therapeutic interventions using diverse modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients, integrating input which enhances treatment efficacy.
  • Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation meets compliance requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve guiding a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, all of whom may face varying degrees of mental health difficulties. Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
