This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide high-quality mental health counseling services from the comfort of your own home. • Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' concerns and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.
• Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing a range of evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support, including psychiatric care, case management, and community resources.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, ensuring immediate assistance to clients in distress while prioritizing their safety and emotional wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and interactions, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in continuous clinical training to stay updated on best practices, innovative therapeutic methods, and emerging mental health research.
• Engage in program development and improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to enhance service delivery and client experience.

The clients you will serve encompass a diverse range of demographics, presenting with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a vital member of our clinical team, you will provide inclusive and affirming care, catering to clients from different cultural backgrounds and life experiences. • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of New York.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport quickly with clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, which are essential for effective collaboration within the team and accurate documentation.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges is preferred.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems is a plus, enabling efficient documentation and communication.
• Demonstrated experience in providing counseling services to various client groups, including individuals, couples, and families.
• A commitment to cultural competence and a passion for providing inclusive care tailored to diverse client needs.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications.
