• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders and other mental health issues.
• Document treatment progress through client notes and reports, keeping accurate records while minimizing administrative burdens.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care, including the management of medications when necessary.
• Engage in community outreach efforts to promote awareness around mental health issues, building connections with local organizations and stakeholders.

Our outreach and therapy services cater to a wide variety of clients within the community, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as mood disorders, anxiety, stress management, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in fostering resilience and supporting individuals on their unique journeys towards mental wellness.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
• Proficient understanding of evidence-based treatments for mood disorders.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.
