• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their objectives.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, employing assorted therapeutic modalities to effectively address conditions such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Monitor client progress by setting and evaluating therapeutic goals, allowing for adjustments in treatment approaches as needed.
• Maintain accurate and ethical documentation of client interactions following established protocols to ensure privacy and compliance.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training and workshops to remain current with industry trends and therapeutic techniques.

Our client base consists of diverse individuals, including adults and adolescents, who may be facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. As a counselor, your empathetic and personalized approach will be vital in building trust and rapport with clients, fostering an environment conducive to healing and growth.

• A current, valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in related fields, such as Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A compassionate, non-judgmental attitude with an understanding of diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet the needs of your clients.

While new graduates are encouraged to apply, preference may be given to candidates with prior experience in a therapeutic environment, particularly those familiar with telehealth practices. Experience working with multifaceted mental health conditions and a history of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams can also enhance your candidacy.

The salary range for this position is competitive, between $90,000 to $100,000 yearly, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
