As a Ground Person, you will play a key role in supporting tree climbers and crew leaders, ensuring safe and efficient job site operations. Responsibilities
  • Assist tree climbers with the management and removal of brush, logs, and landscape debris
  • Operate equipment such as brush chippers and grapples to process logs and brush
  • Send tools and equipment to climbers as requested
  • Set up traffic cones and signage as directed by the crew leader
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the crew leader or immediate supervisor
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
  • Entry-level; no prior experience in tree care required
