• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies for clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families.
• Employ various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and holistic client care, facilitating referrals and support when needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring client confidentiality and care continuity.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay informed on current mental health research and best practices.

Our counseling services cater to a wide range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance misuse. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and relevant technologies to streamline client management.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or substance abuse counseling is highly desired.
• Experience working with telehealth tools and practices is a plus, as this role is focused on remote client interactions.
